More Writers

Sean Taylor
Writer: The Veil

Sean is also the writer of Gene Simmons Dominatrix by Gene Simmons Comics Group published by IDW Publishing and has written for Gene Simmons House of Horrors, also published by IDW. He's also currently writing the graphic novel Shan: Be My Hero for VLE Comics and is a staff writer for the Writer's Digest Grand Prize Zine Award-winning Cyber Age Adventures magazine.

In addition to writing for what passes for a living, Sean is the textbook definition of jack-of-all-trades (except those that require being handy around the house). He also makes a hell of an espresso, writes and records music, leads worship at his church, designs web pages, and parades around in public as the living embodiment of vanity. He's the father of three future comic book geeks and husband of one disarmingly beautiful and uber-understanding woman.

You can find out even more about Sean (as if that wasn't enough) at Taylorverse.com and his ComicSpace.

Artists

Nicola Scott
Penciller: Nocturnal Essence #1-2

Nicola grew up in Syndey, Australia, on an unhealthy diet of 70's American TV where her fetish for people in shiny outfits with amazing powers germinated. And, coming from an artistic family, there was rarely a time when she didn't have a pencil or paint brush in her hand and was always encouraged to use them.

After a couple of mini careers modelling, acting and costume designing, she moved into the comic book industry in 2002 with work for Australian publisher, Phosphorescent Comics, then spent a couple of years living in New York City chasing the dream. "Nocturnal Essence" was actually her inaugural gig in the American market. Since then, Nicola has worked for Dark Horse, Top Cow, IDW, Image, with talents such as Peter David and Ron Marz, plus on-line cult comic "Halloween Man".

In 2005 she was featured in Wizard magazine as a "Talent to Watch". She started working on "Birds of Prey" for DC Comics with Gail Simone in 2006.

Rudy Vasquez
Pin-up artist, Penciller: Redshift #4-

Born and raised in El Paso, TX, Rudy Vasquez lived in Japan for 3 years while serving in the Navy until 1999. After deciding to officially tackle the comic book circuit in 2005, Rudy worked on various covers, pin-ups, and designs for smaller outfits on the independent circuit.

His resume includes work for InkWorks, "Something Evil" by Deadboy Press, "Fusion X" for Project IV Publishing. He's worked alongside Chet Yearey and Eisner award nominated Tone Rodriguez. Rudy is also currently the regular penciler on The QUEST by DayStar studios.

Mike Devine
Inker/Grayscaler: Nocturnal Essence

Mike Devine has been an avid comic book reader (and art geek) most of his life. He's been lucky enough to get involved in comic book production through colorist Thompson Knox, Jr., for whom he got his start as a freelance assistant. When not in his studio, Mike is a police officer in Saint Louis, MO. He enjoys eating chocolate, collecting GI Joe toys, and complaining about stuff.

Rudolf Montemayor
Cover Artist
Penciller/Inker: Nocturnal Essence #3-4

Rudolf is a recent graduate in Advertising from Manila, Philippines. He is a graphic designer/flash animator and an all around house cleaner. His love of superhero comics landed him some comic art gigs in 2006. He has a few indie credits, including Hard Boiled Comics among others.

Derek Fridolfs
Cover Inker: Redshift #1

Derek is a highly talented inker who has been generous enough to slum the little people when we're in a pinch. You can check out his art at his Deviant Art Homepage.

Morale Support

We wouldn't be here without a little help from our friends...

David M. Hitch:
David is the CFO of Rogue Wolf Entertainment, aka the man behind the curtain. Being a comic fan and and statue collector for many years, he approached us with an offer in 2005 when our web comic was on life support. Thanks to his investment and marketing experience, we made the transition from "just another indie" to a publisher with a future.

Chris Manning:
He is the man who put the Powerful in Powerful Press by laying the foundation of our original comic book universe that evolved into the Rogue Wolf Metaverse. He graduated with a degree in Broadcasting from Northeastern Illinois, and is an expert on every monster and action movie known to man.

Sarah Beach:
She has been an editor of sorts and a fantastic writing teacher. For the longest time her identity was a closely guarded secret. All I could tell you was that she resides in Hollywood, works in television, writes a lot, and loves comics. But now you can learn more about her from her blog and website.

Eric Johnson:
This is the man who ushered us into the world of web comics. He's been another mentor of sorts and has leant some invaluable help along the way. For something completely different, check out his comic, Radioactive Panda.
